Jacob has lived in a residential facility for a while and is ready to enjoy his summer. A season pass will allow Jacob to go back to the park on free days and relax and be a kid!
Jacob is 16 years old and lives in Indianapolis, IN
Jacob is a very shy young man. After spending time in a residential facility due to the trauma he has experienced, Jacob still maintains a sweet and caring attitude toward those around him.
